KYC documents are collected to verify identity and age in compliance with the platform's obligations to prevent underage access, fraud and money laundering. Pakistani users typically submit a valid CNIC or passport. Documents must be submitted only through the platform's official HTTPS-secured portal.

Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar local payment options. None of these providers endorses or supports pkr598. Full payment credentials such as complete card numbers or mobile wallet PINs are never stored by the Platform.

Technical data is collected automatically when you access the platform and is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, session management and platform performance analysis.

When you contact our support team — by email or live chat — we retain a record of that communication, including its content and timestamp, for support quality assurance, dispute resolution and compliance purposes.

pkr598 collects personal data through the following channels:

• Directly from you: When you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support or respond to a survey.
