These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr598 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pkr598.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By accessing, registering on or using the pkr598 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

pkr598 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, casino games and related content to users. pkr598 does not operate under a Pakistani government license and makes no claim to approval or endorsement by any Pakistani governmental authority, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Users in Pakistan must independently verify the legal status of online gambling activity applicable to their location.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To create and maintain an account on pkr598, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction and/or the laws of the territory in which you are located. Attaining the minimum age does not by itself make gambling activity lawful in every Pakistani jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting and gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside. pkr598 reserves the right to restrict access from certain territories at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.

You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by this Platform or any other gambling operator, during the period of registration or use.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one and only one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and potential forfeiture of balances in line with Clause 10 of these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

pkr598 may require identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals, upon account registration or following any activity that triggers a compliance review. Documents typically accepted for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or current passport. You must upload verification documents only through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never submit sensitive documents through unencrypted email or third-party messaging applications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkr598 staff will never ask for your full password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made and personal details updated — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. pkr598 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security of those credentials.

The Platform supports a range of payment methods that may be available to Pakistani users, which may include local bank transfer references such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet references such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. These payment provider names are cited as familiar local references only. None of the above-named financial institutions or payment service providers endorses, sponsors or supports pkr598 or any gambling activity.

Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the relevant payment method supports PKR transactions. Where deposits are made in another currency — such as cryptocurrency — the applicable conversion rate at the time of crediting will determine the PKR equivalent shown in your account balance.

A minimum deposit threshold applies and is specified within the Platform's current deposit interface. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account. Minimum deposit figures are illustrative and subject to change — always confirm current limits within your account.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. The Platform reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its AML compliance obligations. Failure to satisfy a source of funds request may result in account restriction and delay of withdrawals pending investigation.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review resulting in account restriction.

Withdrawals are available to users who have completed the required KYC verification process. Accounts with pending KYC documentation or active compliance reviews may experience delays in withdrawal processing until the review is concluded satisfactorily.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative method may be designated by the Platform in line with its current payment policy.

Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's current payment policy. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment provider. Fully verified accounts generally experience faster processing. Withdrawals subject to compliance review may be held pending the outcome of that review.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds and associated bonus-derived winnings. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.

All bonuses and promotional offers available through pkr598 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Users are required to read and understand those specific terms before opting in. General bonus conditions set out in this Clause 7 apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — also referred to as rollover — before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute a lower percentage.

While a bonus is active, a maximum single wager limit applies. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. The applicable maximum bet is stated in each promotion's terms — typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per wager.

Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the specified expiry period will be removed from the account automatically. Any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering patterns that result in low-risk accumulation of bonus winnings, collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of fraudulent behavior. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with the Platform's compliance team, whose decision shall be final.

Any promotional amounts cited on the pkr598 website — such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000" — are illustrative examples only unless they accompany a currently active, verified promotion. Actual live promotions, their amounts and their specific terms are published in the Promotions section of the Platform and may differ from illustrative figures used in educational content.

A wager is considered confirmed and binding once you have received on-screen confirmation of its acceptance. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — selection, stake, odds — are correct before confirming. pkr598 is not liable for errors made by a user in placing a wager.

Odds are presented in decimal format unless otherwise specified and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Pre-match odds may differ from live/in-play odds. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds level at the time you attempt to place a wager.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and may vary by sport, market type, event and account standing. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. The Platform reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts in response to betting patterns, without prior notice.

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment without completion, data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, or where the relevant governing sporting body voids the event result. Voided bets are returned to the user's account as withdrawable balance.

In-play markets are dynamic and odds change rapidly in response to live events. The Platform reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during a live event. Bets placed during a brief suspension window — caused by network latency or interface delays — may be voided or settled at the next available price at the Platform's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr598 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or attempting to register using false, incomplete or misleading personal information.
• Opening more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age requirement.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to gain an unfair betting or gaming advantage.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated system to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any form of financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or criminal proceeds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's back-end systems, databases or infrastructure.
• Reproducing, copying or distributing Platform content without prior written authorisation.

pkr598 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: a user has breached these Terms; a user has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9; a compliance, AML or fraud investigation is in progress; or where continued operation of the account is contrary to the Platform's obligations or policies.

Upon account closure, any real money balance (net of bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the user via the registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or compliance review. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not withdrawable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures. If you are closing your account for responsible gambling reasons, please consider activating the self-exclusion option before or in lieu of full closure — see Clause 11.

pkr598 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their activity. These tools are available within your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after pre-set periods of continuous play to prompt reflection on your activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account access for a defined period, during which you will not be able to deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. You will not receive promotional communications during a self-exclusion period.

All content on the pkr598 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkr598 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pkr598.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr598 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures or errors in pricing data.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr598 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

pkr598's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that user in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence where those laws cannot be excluded by contract. Users in Pakistan are reminded that domestic gambling legislation — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may affect the enforceability of certain provisions from a Pakistani law perspective. Independent legal advice is recommended where there is uncertainty.

pkr598 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable — for example, through a notification displayed upon login or via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.3.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkr598 encourages users to check this page at regular intervals to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of the Platform.
